I'm a communications and change nerd. I love the psychology of change and engagement, and the art of language. I believe the most effective tools we can use to increase engagement are action and authenticity, supported by the power of words and images.
I have over 15 years experience working with a Fortune 200 company in a leadership capacity, developing and implementing extensive change and system adoption programs and a few more years working with midsize and smaller companies enhancing communications and expanding marketing efforts.
I have a B.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.A. in Communications and Leadership from Gonzaga University, and several certificates in communications, organizational change and design. My greatest degree however, is the degree of experience. Having worked side by side with clients in numerous, unique change, communications and marketing situations, I bring a seasoned, strategic business understanding to every engagement.
